Each KIEZEL acoustic pinboard is crafted from durable, sound-absorbing panels and upholstered with a dense, high-quality 2 mm thick felt layer. Thanks to its premium finish and robust construction, you can pin items repeatedly without leaving marks or compromising its acoustic performance.
Acoustic Performance
The KIEZEL acoustic felt pinboards offer an impressive sound absorption rate of 40–50%, which is three to five times more effective than a standard pinboard. This significantly reduces background noise and echoes, creating a quieter and more pleasant atmosphere.

We offer standard sizes, but we’re also delighted to create your KIEZEL custom-made pinboard, perfectly tailored to your interior, in both dimensions and fabric colour. We can supply pinboards up to 2.5 metres by 1.25 metres.
The KIEZEL acoustic pinboard is relatively lightweight, even lighter than a standard pinboard, thanks to its special pinboard filling. Its strong fibre structure makes pinning effortless and includes sound-dampening air chambers.
Weight: approximately 3.5 kg per m².
This makes it easy to mount on the wall and less demanding on the supporting structure, which we are happy to provide.

If you experience significant noise or echo in your space, we recommend our KIEZEL acoustic wall panels, 52 mm thick. These panels also serve as pinboards.
Thanks to their extra thickness, they contain more air chambers, resulting in sound absorption rates of 85–95%, compared to 45–50% for thinner options.

Both the KIEZEL pinboards and wall panels are made from strong, shape-retaining, high-quality sound-absorbing materials. Each panel consists of densely compressed long fibres, offering excellent acoustic performance and making them ideal as pinboards.

KIEZEL acoustic pinboards are upholstered in Féline premium-quality sustainable felt, 2 mm thick. Rich in colour, it is made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials (pure wool or R-PET) and processed without water.
