From PET bottle to acoustic desk divider:
The inner core and outer fabric of this sound panel are made from recycled PET, making the entire product recyclable. Its carbon footprint is smaller than that of 1 kg of cheese.
- Outer fabric: Recycled PET felt – some colors made from wool, produced without water.
- Filling (sound panel): 70% recycled polyester wool – durable and shape-retaining.
R-PET felt, deep-colored, water-free production.
HIGH SOUND ABSORPTION: 60% AT SPEECH FREQUENCIES
At least 3× more effective in sound absorption than other flexible desk dividers.
For both the filler and the outer layer of Butterfly acoustic privacy panel, we’ve selected premium acoustic materials to ensure optimal performance.
The filling is a dense, form-retaining acoustic core made of 70% recycled polyester wool, processed into long fibers. These fibers are densely packed (40 kg/m³) with built-in air pockets to absorb sound effectively.
This makes Butterfly acoustic privacy panel ideal for reducing speech and call noise in “hard” spaces like offices and classrooms.
The 2 mm thick felt cover is both functional and visually elegant.
